First pastor of the church on Meeting House Hill, South Portland, Maine Reverend Allen was the first pastor of the church. He died in 1754 and his gravestone is slate with a death's head carving typical of that time. His stone is crumbling, and has been laid down in a bed on concrete in an effort to preserve it. Each necklace is handmade and therefore unique. These photos represent a typical necklace with the Rev. Benjamin Allen design. It is hung from an 18" black suedette cord with a two inch extender so the length is adjustable.
